Got around 20 gold packs last year when I complained about "error creating game session" in the gold cup (took them 8 or 9 months to implement the "forfeit tournament" button as a work around for that), but no they never fixed something for me
Also Supervisors are same. I talked to supervisor about advisors and Fifas problems 3 times. He said I apologize, I'll take note about your problem every single time. But nothing happened.

It isn't only my problem I play on xbox one. My issues are simple.I have lots of friends who are pc gamers. They've been contacting them about cheaters for 2 years. but Ea hasn't taken precautions for it yet.
One guy on here got 50 packs and a full refund for the game.

I don't know why they wouldn't. Most companies have a return policy and they can see how much you play the game. Even op posted about being able to return the game in another thread.
You're the guy that said they should give you a Hero Gutierrez card for having the same illness as him so I'm guessing your expectations from EA Customer Service may be a lot more unrealistic than most.

But my friends have really big problems on PC and ea does nothing about it. I just wanted to know what they have done for their other customers.

Big publishers don't care about PC, simply because if the game is bad or a terrible port, the information gets spread out in a matter of seconds thanks to Reddit/Youtube and the developers get the worst hate in the world affecting their sales, thus making it not worthy to care more about PC than the consoles. If COD was a PC exclusive you wouldn't see a new game every year, same to Fifa, if it were purely on PC, the game would drastically improve its quality.

Yes I forgot it. But I dont accept gold packs anymore. They have never solved my issue. They answer my questions very late.
It's better than nothing at all. They aren't going to help you any more when you decline the packs than when you accept them.
