Welcome to the official Gold Community TOTS thread. I'm happy to announce that this is where the community can put forward it's suggestions on who you believe should be included in the first FIFA 15 TOTS. Please check the rules below before making suggestions and try and be civil in discussion.
Our deadline

Rules
• 23 Players (Starting XI, Subs, Reserves)
• Players selected must have been consistently playing well throughout the season (goalscoring, assists, clean-sheets, etc) but have NOT received an in-form in FUT 15.
• Don't worry about excluding players that could possibly appear in any league Team of the Season.
• Roster needs at least:
(6) UK league players (Premier League, Championship, Npower League 1/2, SPL)
(2) French league players (Ligue 1/2)
(2) German league players (Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga)

(2) Spanish league players (Liga BBVA, Liga Adelente)
• Rest of player selection is open. Let’s get some diversity in there with all the different leagues available.
• IMPORTANT: All player overall and attribute ratings will be determined by the EA SPORTS FIFA team. We're only asked to provide the list of players and their suggested positions. The FIFA team will evaluate the positions after we're done.
• If a player appears in the TOTW before the final squad is complete, he will have to be removed from our selection.
Please suggest players in this format: Player (Club/League) - Reason
Please try to add as much information as you can, with stats aswell if possible. Try not to keep quoting yourself as I will read all posts. Remember it's a discussion rather than a vote.

UK league:
GK: Łukasz Fabiański - Swansea City (75>?) - Left Arsenal in search of regular first team football and has had a superb first season in South Wales. A fantastic shot stopper, but his main weakness at Arsenal was his handling and collecting crosses which he has improved massively on.
RB: Nathaniel Clyne - Southampton (76>?) - A real breakthrough season for him given the fact his main competition in Callum Chambers moved to Arsenal last summer. He's thrived from the very first game, he's played a huge role in Southampton's good season, chipping in with goals and assists whilst also looking very competent defensively.
CB: Virgil van Dijk - Celtic (75>?) - Consistently solid defensively for Celtic, with 12 clean sheets in his 28 starts. Also has 1 goal and 2 assists
CB: Phil Jones - Manchester United (79>?)
CB: Laurent Koscielny - Arsenal (82>?)
CDM: Morgan Schneiderlin - Southampton (80>?) - Morgan Schneiderlin has been absolutely immense this season. Defensively he is excellent, timing his tackles to perfection and reading the game 10 minutes before anyone else. In his 22 games he's conceded 10 goals. On top of this his general play has been great, he rarely gives the ball away and some of his passing and switching of the play has been world class.
CDM: Nemanja Matić - Chelsea (83>?)
CM: Jordan Henderson - Liverpool (79>?) - He is showing he is worth his price tag. His impact has been so good this season that Brendan Rodgers was forced to bench Steven Gerrard. He has also contributed with 6 goals and 8 assists in 31 Premier League games.
CM: Cesc Fàbregas - Chelsea (85>?)
CAM: Moussa Sissoko - Newcastle United (77>?) - Moussa Sissoko is an energetic and combative midfielder, Sissoko has been excellent whether deployed on the wing or in the centre of midfield. He has been able to drive through defences and shrug off challenges while also winning the ball back and allowing players like Ayoze Perez to show their talent. A key player.
LM: Eden Hazard - Chelsea (88>?)
French league:
CB: Samuel Umtiti - Olympique Lyon (76>?)
LB: Franck Tabanou - Saint-Etienne (80>?).
LB: Layvin Kurzawa - AS Monaco (76>?)
CDM: Giannelli Imbula - Marseille (75>?)
CM: Maxime Gonalons - Olympique Lyon (80>?)
CM: Javier Pastore - PSG (80>?) - This guy is finally showing his talent for PSG, having one of the best seasons of his career. Eric Cantona even called him better than Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Mind-blowing is Javier Pastore. And Eric Cantona of course.
CM: Marco Verratti - PSG (81>?) - Although he only has 5 assists to his name, Verratti has been great for PSG this season, consistently bossing the midfield, always breaking up the opposing teams attacks, and launching his teams own. He has shown that he is a great dribbler and passer of the ball multiple times this season. He also received a deserved upgrade as well.
German league:
RM: Karim Bellarabi - Bayer 04 (78>?)
CM: Granit Xhaka - Bor. M'gladbach (76>?)
ST: Alexander Meier - Eintracht Frankfurt (78>?)
Italian league:
GK: Gianlugi Buffon - Juventus (83>?)
CB: Stefan de Vrij - Lazio (78>?)
CB: Gonzalo Rodríguez - Fiorentina (79>?)
CM: Claudio Marchisio - Juventus (83>?)
LW: Felipe Anderson - Lazio (75>?) - The young brazilian is one for the future. This season, he helped Lazio to the third position in the league, by contributing with 6 assists and 10 goals in 15 starts.
LW: Eder - Sampdoria (75>?)
Spanish league:
GK: Claudio Bravo - FC Barcelona (83>?) - When everyone thought Marc-André Ter Stegen was going to be Victor Valdés successor he surprised everyone by taking the starting spot away from the German. He can look back at a succesful season, conceding only 19 goals in 31 games so far.
LB: Marcelo - Real Madrid (82>?)
CM: Bruno - Villarreal CF (79>?)
CM: Éver Banega - Sevilla FC (80>?) - Since his return to La Liga, he has been playing very well for Sevilla, and one of the reasons for their excellent form in both La Liga and Europa League. Consistently creating chances from the heart of midfield.
CM: Tiago - Atlético Madrid (80>?) - He is the balance of the team. He's always making important tackles, intercepting passes and scoring or assisting in crucial games.
LW: Denis Cheryshev - Villareal CF (76>?)
LW: Nolito - Celta Vigo (79>?)
ST: Carlos Bacca - Sevilla FC (81>?)
Other leagues:
GK: Jasper Cillessen - Ajax (79>?)
GK: Roberto - Olympiakos CFP (78>?) - He has been absolutely superb this season making some world class saves throughout this season. Roberto has kept an impressive 16 clean sheets in 35 starts, with just 36 goals conceded.
LB: Jetro Willems - PSV (75>?) - Jetro is a young left back with a very bright future. It's impressive how he had an outstanding season at such a young age. He helped PSV conceding only 26 goals in 30 games this season. He has also contributed with 3 goals and 14 assists due to his amazing crossing skills.
LB: Caner Erkin - Fenerbahçe SK (77>?)
LB: Domenico Criscito - Zenit (78>?)
CB: Andreas Granqvist - FC Krasnodar (77>?)
CB: Aurélien Chedjou - Galatasaray (79>?) - 4 goals and 2 assists over the season. One of the few trustworthy centerbacks in our league. Great defensive performance among with important goals and even skillfull assists (for example assist to Burak Yilmaz who scored the 1-1 against Anderlecht in the CL).
CB: Ezequiel Garay - Zenit (83>?) - As part of the best defense in the league, Garay has been a part of 13 clean sheets in 19 starts, conceding only 8 goals.
CDM: Bibars Natkho - CSKA Moskva (76>?) - Bibras Natkho has come into his own this season in his new club, CSKA Moscow. He has been a consistent rock in the heart of CSKA's midfield. In 20 games he has bagged 10 goals and 7 assists. A passing machine, Natcho slots out over 60 PPG, including 2 key passes, with an impressive 80% passing accuracy. Given his position as a CDM, Natcho has been as solid as ever, averaging 3 tackles and 2 interceptions per game. CSKA's defense is often shaky, but thanks to Natcho's defensive contributions they have registered 8 clean sheets, with an average of 0.8 goals per game.
CM: Lee Nguyen - New England (75>?)
CM: Jordy Clasie - Feyenoord (76>?)
CAM: Josué - Bursaspor (75>?) - Bursaspor is the team with the most goals in our league and this guy is responsible together with players like Fernandao, Belluschi or Volkan Sen for that. He has 7 goals and 4 assists which might not seem as a great record, but his importance to the offensive play-style of Bursaspor is not questionable.
CAM: Alejandro Domínguez - Olmympiakos CFP (76>?) - ...
LW: Nani - Sporting Lisbon (82>?)
ST: Fernandão - Bursaspor (75>?) - The Brazilian Striker is one of the contenders for the topscorer-title. He scored 16 goals this season - 15 in the league and has 5 assists (4 in the league) which is not too bad for a striker of a - usually mid-table - team. From the 12th to the 19th week he scored in every game (9 goals in total).
ST: Teófilo Gutiérrez - River Plate (75>?) - Colombia's World Cup centre-forward Teo Gutiérrez had an excellent season to look back one. The man was even crowned Rey de America (''King of [Latin] America'') (of 2014), the title given to the South American Football of the Year, thanks to his impressive goal scoring record.
ST: Dorlan Pabón - Monterrey (75>?)
ST: Jonatan Soriano - RB Salzburg (76>?) - Once again this guy is proving his worth scoring an absurd amount of goals (24 in 23 starts).
ST: Jonas - SL Benfica (79>?)
ST: Demba Ba - Beşiktaş JK (80>?) - After leaving Chelsea he has been very solid this season. He showed his great goal scoring ability scoring 15 goals and 5 assists in 22 games for Besiktas in the Süper Lig.
ST: Jackson Martínez - FC Porto (82>?) - Martínez is the leading scorer in Liga Sagres once again with 17 goals in 24 starts and has scored almost a third of Porto's goals this season.
Also Varane just because I need one
i know alexis has an inform but this is just showing willian's immensiality
Phil Jones:
Many people laugh at him because of his funny gormless face but look beyond and you will see a superb CB who has been part of the leagues third best defence, despite having some shaky partners, and a CB with stats comparable to the worlds best, let alone the leagues best. An excellent player who must surely be a strong contender for the team
Ander Herrera:
Another United player, who has been excellent for a much improved United midfield this season, providing several goals and creating many chances as well as providing a strong defensive contribution. He has been a key player in the midfield when he has played and has shown he is an energetic and combative midfielder who could play for any team
Moussa Sissoko:
Another energetic and combative midfielder, Sissoko has been excellent whether deployed on the wing or in the centre of midfield. He has been able to drive through defences and shrug off challenges while also winning the ball back and allowing players like Ayoze Perez to show their talent. A key player.
Clyne:
Despite being a cert for TOTS, Clyne's excellent performances should also make him a contender for this team. Clyne has been the best rightback in the league, as part of the best defence in the league. Along with his strong defensive contribution he has provided goals and assists as well as being a constant threat with his pace.
Nzonzi:
He is the reason behind Stoke sitting in 8th place, an incredible position for team with such small stature. He has been able to provide a strong defensive base allowing Stoke's players to attack with confidence as well as providing a few chances and goals himself. Nzonzi is a key player who may well be eyeing a top move come the summer
Jordan Henderson:
Has matured into an excellent box to box midfielder who may well find himself captaining one of the biggest teams in the country next season. Has provided several key goals in massive games and is a definite shout for the team
Willian
Henderson
