Could be a consumable like a position change tbh. Face change. The only question then is if you get to change your player's face to any other face or does each player have a unique set of alternate faces?

Midfielder having a great game => pop out some Gullit hair.

Forward on fire => R9 wc hair cut

Maguire in united shirt => kermit the frog face

The only thing that makes me wonder is how ea working so many years on the same game engine can't manage to make every player have a real face.
I really don't know who works there. after so many years, after all, players from the 5 English leagues should have real faces. Most players change their hair or facial hair but not their facial features.
As you can see, everything is done without composition and order, they knew very well that the World Cup was and they should have had a plan for it prepared months back.
Currently, there is only copy and paste, all the time the same players in promos and for several years the same thing in gameplay, no invention there are so many options.
