You don't often see managers turn it around once the rot sets in, and I just can't see Rodgers turning it around.

Haaland really shows how average most PL defenders really are.

Honestly man, I swear your takes are just getting worse and worse.

You think there are A LOT of good defenders in PL? Because I disagree completely with that statement.

The average quality of defenders in the PL is far higher than anywhere else in the world.

Relative to other leagues yes there are many quality defenders.

this was my point earlier.. we will never have 40 WC Cbs nither 40Very good Cbs but compared to other league we are in good position in the PL

Dropping players is such a good remedy. Son back instantly the moment his place in the team is at risk

There are worst teams on paper than Leicester but the mass exodus this summer and wanting out of players has had an impact.

    Kasper and fofana gone.
Maddison and tielemans want to go.

And they barely got past a struggling league 2 side Stockport in the Carabao Cup winning on pens

Certainly doesn't help that Ward is one of the worst premier league goalkeepers of all time. Would genuinely rather have Matt Turner starting

Not replacing Schmeichel was just an awful idea

Rodgers should have bought a new keeper simple as that

Conceded 15 goals in 3 games. 3 competent good teams with good managers that have gelled for a while but still. Have they got an easy run of fixtures?

The thing that makes me think Rodgers will get sacked is that a international break is perfect to bed In a new manager

Kalvin Phillips shoulder injury and will miss the international break, love how he somehow still gets injured despite playing 3 min cameos

Iverson. Only has experience in the championship, but I'm sure he's still better than Ward

Can’t help but think Phillips is one of those silly moves where a club spends too much on a backup player, and the player stunts their career by sitting on the bench 80% of the time.

I suppose he can cover injuries but I can’t see him ever being a regular in City’s team with Rodri there.

Kind of felt like they just signed Phillips to help with the homegrown quota. Maybe they aren’t that close but just seemed such a needless signing 🤷‍♂️

Hasn’t been injured a lot? Still made no sense to sign someone similar age to Rodri as back up or rotation. Should be under 20 or over 30

Spurs get worse every time I watch them, Conte has to be a ticking time bomb

And in 15 minutes Spurs made these comments look awful. 1 loss since April, playing bad but still getting results. As soon as Conte pulled his head out and actually used his subs we finished the game strong.
