1 pack is correct, they removed one of the packs as rewards when they added the tots pack.

P.S is it just me or are the coin rewards pitifully low unless you are in the top 100?
I played a fair few SB games this week, working through objectives etc...and got 5k in coins.
The coins were lowered because they put TOTS cards in as part of the reward.
