I really enjoy this game mode, and would like to casually play it. However, I find people just quit when they go behind, in fact people even quit if you start to out play them. I've not actually completed a game of silver stars in weeks. How do we solve this?

Rewards vs time available.
I wouldn't mind a tournament style mode for the objectives. Something like the old silver cup that gave out a 15k pack for winning? That would keep people wanting to play, because you are right, why stick around for no consequence if you are not getting anything.
Watch out saying stuff like that though. @Orison will be watching and he hates people who just quit because they don't like something the other person does. He will be wanting you to have give that guy who corner glitches the win rather than just quit mate. I also think Orison himself does the corner glitch often from his other posts.
Silver Lounge just replaces French rats with Adeyemi rats, the guy is just too OP. I quit every time I see him.
I actually just managed a full game and Adeyemi scored 4 in a 4-3 loss for me lol. He is really good, but that's the first time I've ever seen him I think!
Mate seriously watch out though @Orison will be watching and if you quit because the other team has someone you don't like without giving them a win he will be on your case.
Yea and honestly I agree with people, there's no incentive to continue a game you are not going to get anything in. I think the answer would be back to the old gold, silver and bronze cup tournament style games. Regardless of rewards, I did used to enjoy stacking trophies in my club each year. I remember getting 100 gold cups in Fifa 13 I think and it felt great.
dont understand it (or i do...most people who play this game seem horrible).
They still quit, but not until 3-1
Dragged down by poor implementation and toxic community.
As toxic as in MM or other friendly modes.
Last year silver lounge was really good but this year not so much. The player to be unlocked are not too attractive either
You might expect your players to feel like this after a long game playing constant pressure but not right from kickoff!
