I still don't understand how i havent got mine yet - i claimed in my prime gaming account, which is 10000% linked to my ea account and it says 'claimed' - but it has never ever appeared in my fut account on both web app or console.
any one got any ideas as i am out of them? claimed them last year no issues

I had the same problem. Solved it claiming the NFL packs in amazon prime gaming. It took me to the ea link acount site, and afther my fifa packs where on my acout.

Same thing happend to me , claimed the nfl packs and did the whole linking my account again..worked
Yup, got fodder from these and it will cost you £7.99 if you don't have an amazon account already but if you do you basically just get packs for being an amazon customer

Worth it if you want/need Prime anyway but not really just for this. Just get the trial and cancel it?

Just have to login and click claim, then choose the November one and claim again.
