Well first off you have to start a movement to overthrow the corrupt governments that still use imperial. At that point you have to impose your ideals on the common people and have all imperial supporters burned at the stake for use of witchcraft. Once these rules have been established and enforced, have EA drop DLC loot boxes containing either imperial or metric, if you open a loot box with the imperial system inside BANNED, if you get a loot box with the Metric system inside you win Fifa and can continue playing without a disconnect for a guaranteed 3 games.
