Why wouldn’t it be normal? It’s no different to someone going out and paying £400 on some clothes or something of the likes

Because its detrimental to the game. This is why we have the game that we have. this is why we have the greed that EA have when it comes to this game

We should be making a stand against it like the battlefront community did and look what happened to that. It changed and they got a better game

    Thats why its not normal

If people truely wanted a better Fifa,a better game that we all deserve. Then why co sign that everything is ok by giving EA extra money and normalize this spending like you just have in you're reply

Fact is the Fifa community has no backbone...Spineless...

The Battlefront community stood up and got things changed

Battlefront is by far the worst example you can use.

Star wars franchise is owned by Disney, Disney had a star wars movie out at the time battlefront was released. Disney didn't want to be linked to a game which had a gambling system in it and the bad press around it whilst their movie was out so they pressured EA into removing micro transactions.

    It is the perfect example.

    Its EA games

    Its loot boxes

    Its gambling

    The community caused the uproar

The uproar made it to the big gaming press

If Disney pressured EA to get rid of the gambling it was because the community stood up in the first place

    Bad example.

Disney is for the Kids, not to be associated with Gambling.

FIFA is for the Fans, don't care whether you gamble your life or not and are associated with gambling.

Right so by your logic, create an uproar and Fifa will step in to demand change? Have you seen who runs Fifa?

This situation isn't changing because random guy on forum is complaining. You can either choose to learn to live with it, or choose not to purchase the game. Getting the game every year and complaining that they included microtransactions is just stupid at this point. You know it exists in game, you know it isn't some new thing you didn't understand. You're basically complaining about the house you just bought being on fire despite the fact it was already on fire when you bought it.

They have made it so it's only decent now if you are good at the game and even then you still need to be lucky
Exactly how it should be in the FUT mode. If you want easy games play a different game mode.

Because its detrimental to the game. This is why we have the game that we have. this is why we have the greed that EA have when it comes to this game

We should be making a stand against it like the battlefront community did and look what happened to that. It changed and they got a better game

The community caused the uproar on Reddit

EA made a Reddit post,it was one of the most downvoted comments ever in Reddit history

The uproar made it to the big gaming press

If Disney pressured EA to get rid of the gambling it was because the community stood up in the first place

This is what can be achieved by an online community.

This attitude is why we will never get anywhere. Sums up everything

    Whales defending it

The problem with your statement is, I actually agree with you on fifa points being a bad thing. Difference is, I didn't buy '22 and whine about it. As I said, you've bought a burning house and are complaining that it's on fire. Maybe you shouldn't have bought it to begin with.

We both know Fifa is the only real football game. PES ended for me in 2009.

If EA only had game sales to go on they would improve this game drastically to get more and more people to buy it

People buying Fifa points is the problem. This game will be free to play by next year that is how little game sales mean. It is heavily rumoured that FUT will be free to play

You're analogy is a cop out. Now if you said one room was on fire then yeah. One room is on fire but we can save the house. Would you let you're house burn down if only one room was on fire or would you try to save the rest of the house?

and you do moan about the game and i quote you in another thread

What you're saying now). As I see it, unless you're aiming for verified status and wanting to qualify for the tournaments, there's zero reason to push yourself there. Rivals is basically the competitive mode without enough of a carrot. Weekend League is carrot and no competition"

Firstly, I wouldn't buy a house that had any fire going  . Secondly, this is ultimately a free market. These guys choose to make this game with fifa points. You either choose to accept that or not. They're not going to change this because you - rightly - don't agree with it. Thirdly, there are probably better examples of me moaning about stuff than an outside observation about the Rivals structure. Again, I can comment on that from a perspective of, "this doesn't look like a good system so I will not spend my money on this". If you think this you 'Columbo'ing me', you need to rewatch that masterful show.

They have been removing the fun stuff for the last 3 years, this year is pretty lame and not much fun. What is there really to do?

That’s because those idiots will sell also the mothers to have a better team of their friends, or to have Messi or an Icon!

I tried selling my mother but no one likes her cooking. How hard is it to make mash potatoes mom?!?!

What a shame! I’m so sorry to hear that. Can I borrow you some money so you can buy Messi, Mbappe and Neymar and you can send screenshots of them to your friends on Whatsapp?

    Please, let me know!
