I’ve been re reading the packs tbh to see if I get a guarantee
Yes it’s crap on EAs part but two things. A) it does say don’t open til such and such time. B.) why open the pack for players that haven’t even been released yet 🤔
End of the day they’ll make it right and just resend it. Hopefully they just send it to everyone and those that paid attention get two 💁♂️

They absolutely should make it right.
A) Ea have never released a pack which says you must not open until after a specific time. So why would people expect to see that now?
People paid for the Ultimate edition it states they get a OTW player. It’s a pre purchased item. And perhaps most people presumably thought they had an early surprise. What a surprise Indeed for paying customers.

Someone who reads every bit of print on everything in any computer game : absolute life and soul of the party.
You just have to ignore some of these people. This cat may be the guy that works for EA that wrote the directions. You hurt his feelings.
And if a company has to rely on directions in this day and age as opposed to just not dropping you the pack until it's ready, or locking it...said company has the problem.

Promo isn’t out yet and some of you even know OTW is being split into team 1 & 2 but you somehow thought you would pack an OTW before the promo is even released?
Everyone saying 'small print'. Common sense says OTW hasnt even been revealed yet, also on the mobile app its in huge writing must open after 6pm on 1st October. Hardly need a magnifying glass

I'm sure we all read guaranteed otw when pre ordering. That's all that matters.

Hi, banker here... the amount of people that don't read the small print on things like loans, mortgages, overdrafts etc is very, very high.
Whilst EA are wrong, there is a lesson here, always read the small print.
