I was doing gold upgrades and didn't even know they'd put it in the store..
No IG notification, nothing. So I accidentally opened mine thinking I was just opening another gold upgrade 🙄

Nope was basically a one gold player pack
EA is so clueless. They obviously knew this would be a problem or they wouldn’t have put a note saying not to open but there is no way that they didn’t know a majority of people would open this.
Also most people don’t come on here… there will be so many people pissed off!
Based on that conversation, and the sheer amount of people who have encountered this issue. I think they'll refund people, including myself. Just my opinion.
