Even if you finish 0-20, you'll still get more than decent rewards for your time and effort you had put in.
That means one thing. Just use your favourite players people and have fun. Forget the meta and stuff!

Qualifying 100% was not open in the beta.... it was based upon your rivals division. I was in the elite division in the beta and only played elite d players @Jamiebanksrfc1986

U have to get points to qualify for playoffs from DR,,which mean u outta win matches
Winning promotes u to higher divisions,,n u can't be relegated for next 6 weeks below a particular level even after losing

It checks out relegating, but from how I read it wouldn't prevent people from intentionally stopping themselves from promoting - i e. Keeping themselves at an artificially low level by losing/quitting a few matches when needed.
Then again other than removing all the incentives for doing so, I'm not sure what EA can really do about that. Tie it to WL performance as well?

Wins are needed to obtain WL points. So this pushes them to have some wins and go to higher division...
The modern fifa player seems to want an easier time in objectives/wl qualification etc. It remains to be seen how it will pan out this year.
Haha. Actually, series X|S gamepad is better for this. I'd avoid using rubber because PS5 has a serios drift issue with analogues. I used to lean it on the surface on the triggers, but dualshock 5 is much harder for this, because of the haptic things they have bigger resistance.
So my choice of console for next Fifa is partly based on how easy is to lean a joypad while not playing the game.
What!!!! Are you crazy????? Surely rubberband goes over right stick and bottom right of controller??? Can't believe I've been doing it wrong all this time!!!! How does everyone else do it....?

I did it with the L2 for whole year since I have custom button configuration L2 is ball shielding for me.
Cross the rubberband at centre just go below each side and put it over L2/R2.
