Started the end of April/beginning of May last year during a season that stopped for a couple of months lol so I'd be surprised otherwise. Also I suspect they will want to do something with the Euros this year too, so an early TOTS gives them breathing room for that too...

Some Twitter leaks have said these what if cards are upgradable via objectives. I think they will tie these together with winter upgrades. They did add skill move and weak foot upgrades into the database yesterday, so it is going to come.
I personally think EA added the loading screen and didn’t mention winter upgrades to throw off investors.
