I mean they quite clearly say it’s resolved for anyone opening their packs after 9.18AM, not sure how much more clear you expect them to be?
EA are incompetent but sometimes people just moan when they could just read a bit better instead.

i work in IT if i started a comms that said something was resolved when on the back of the original issue something else wasnt resolved it would most definitely confuse most of my users
Agreed. But lots of folk have got extra picks (like Neuer for example in another thread). So they've got 4+ players instead of just the 2 a lot of us got.

It is resolved though. The issue with people not getting red picks was the issue. That issue is no longer there. Now they just have the issue of giving people there red picks. They stated anyone opening after 9:18 would not have this issue.
It's only confusing to the people who don't read the whole thing.

The situations when people were getting double reds were the really funny ones.
The problem with that is if your buy price is woeful e.g too high and you lose alot or too low and you miss the boat.
Only works if you are pretty spot on at guessing their price point. I'm thinking between Sunday and Tuesday should be a good time to buy.
It’s confusing if you choose to make it confusing. A bit like confirmation bias, you want any reason to give them some grief so you see what you want to see. I don’t know what else you expect as the issue is quite literally resolved, they are now working on resolving it for affected users
