Bug Reporting

Is there anyway to report a bug? Like a form or something? If not their should be because the game is a broken mess and it allows players to help in making it less awful

Squad battles doesn't recognise me pressing Y for a through-ball roughly 1 in 5 times and after losing the ball constantly as a result it's beginning to become annoying.
