Does having head coaches help?

If I buy a couple of head coaches for example some coaches for: dribbling, defending etc will there be significant changes to the gameplay?

They are for when you add buffs to ur team i think, otherwise they would be OP

They act as boosts for any training cards you use. If you don't use training cards, coaches are useless and serve mainly as fodder to fill out packs.
