has anyone else got this message: I can do everything else on the web but when I click search i get this message

APPLICATION ERROR: Sorry, it looks like something went wrong and an unknown error has occurred. Please refresh your browser to restart FUT web

sons works fine, tried on different pcs and browsers same issue, connected orig chat they same no issues at their end or account issues

just been advised by EA support they are aware of people having this issue ... no eta or anything else
