Web App Transfer Market PS4

Since the launch the transfer market has been unavailable.
Saying I have to play console first.
Is the XBOX web app allowing transfer market?
I can only think they're doing this to lower traffic and from crashing.

This can't be true. I've got an account with only one fut15 game played that can access the market.

@idb May be it has to do with how much you've traded or your level and xp then unless it's a bug, what's your level and have you traded much on the account with 1 match please? Thanks

Level 6 and didn't trade at all. But the account was made in Dec 2013, so maybe that's why.

Yes I hope it's based on old account is because some players have played 200 games on 15 ps4 and can't trade and I really hope it's not a bug

I'm level 86 been member since 2011 last season fut15 transfer profit was 10 million.
My other accounts also have this transfer problem.
