What's going on with the transfer market on the web app, anybody know?
It says I have to play fifa 16 first to unlock this feature

will the the transer market be available before the game release or not?

It doesn't work for me either tells me I have to play on the console, so i bought ea access loaded it on my console, and guess what.... yes it still doesn't work...

I think they've done this on purpose so the web app traffic will not crash the servers.
