I agree they have a good route to the semi final but they've got to win the group first and beat France which I doubt will be easy. Otherwise they meet the All Blacks

@Cruz Will be interesting to see which France turns up, you can never tell really.

Backed England as my main bet but also have AUS & NZ. NZ would just win a little bit but more of a cover bet really. Expect one of these three to win tbh.

England v Wales final is nailed in in my eyes. Not sure who I'd support then, the problems of being from every British nation.

    Come on England/Wales/Scotland!!!

Poor Alastair, all his teams will be out by the end of the quarters :disappointed:

    My predictions

Last four: England v Ireland & Australia v NZ

    Final: England v NZ

    Bronze: Australia

South Africa v NZ & Ireland v Australia in the semi finals.

NZ v Ireland in the final. Tears shed as Sexton hits the post in the dying seconds with a drop kick to put Ireland in front for the first time in the game. NZ triumph.

Australia beat South Africa for bronze.

I think it is fairly obvious that Ireland will get to at least the semi finals, yes.

I missed it, how did it compare to Brazil 2014? Nothing can be worse than that surely.

Only had one eye on it, but if Fiji had any sort of decent kicker, you would have been in trouble.

Vunipola was short for the last try, Itv wouldn't even show the behind angle to prove it either. Home status will do England well this WC

not overly impressed by england tonight but fiji are a lot better than people think could see them shocking wales. France could be my dark horses for the tournament, always seem to go well in world cups and have started to play better in the last few months, have a huge pack and if they click could be good
