webapp error

Hi im new here i was using the web app to trade fine for a little while but now whenever i try to search the market i get this error message "Sorry. it looks like something went wrong and an unknown error has occurred. please refresh your browser and restart the fut web app"

has anybody had this an managed to solve it ive tried all the usual stuff like resetting router, deleting cookies and flushing DNS but stillgetting this error its completely stopping me from trading any help would be apprieciated
