Yes he's a bit too expensive for what you get though

He’s very good and defo worth it if you have fodder to shift but at 600k+ if you’re doing it with coins there is much better out there

He's been great for me from day one and is still going strong, he's really quick, strong, great passing and a hell of a shot.
I just set him to get fwd, get in box and free roam in a 3 man midfield and he is always available for a pass and is a presence in the box for crosses

Big plus for me is presence at corners, scoring in every few games.

Play him at LCAM in 4-2-3-1 and he is gassed at 75 mins

He is really good both starting and off the bench, I like it as some players just need chem styles.

Then again, if you’re doing it from scratch for coins, I would probably not do it. Bennacer or Fagioli can do a solid job enough and replicate 85% easily.

I’d like to stick an engine on him or stay basic but 70 def awareness says I go with anchor or shadow

If he’s in the right place, he’ll gather a loose pass, or bully a nearby opponent, but he’s hit and miss on positioning. He’s definitely more of an attacking player but will do bits to help out in getting the ball back.

Ps, I have him on basic and he’s still rapid. The boost to defensive awareness, agility and all the other good stuff makes him a well rounded player.

I used Pogba for a while. Now I have better options. Don't see him in many squads, seems most people pushed him on a side.

Mané FB is still useable but you needs Bayern cards to link him.

Base Yaya way better defensively, Pogba better in attack if you skill. Pogba takes so long to track back

I run both in 4231. As posted above, Yaya is better in defense, but Pogba is much better going forward. Quite often I need to bring him back to defense manually, but other than that these two are a wall in midfield.

If you don't mind occasionally switching to him to help him get back, he's great defensively. Big body + long legs.

I benched him. Felt way too slow and clunky for some reason. WC Vieira who I was using next to him was on another level, even in terms of carrying the ball forward, because Pogba felt so slow.

Wanted to like him. Was ok, but missing defensively. If you're a fan of the player or doing it for a past/present team then he's fine, if you're looking to upgrade your first XI then maybe save the coins.
