Why Are These 82+ Upgrades So Bad?

I just did 10 of these and every single one was an 82.

How is that even possible?

Gold Upgrades are better than this.

I did more than 30 pack got 89-88-86-85-84s-83s
Got x2 fs/ Fran García 85 / Van de ven 85
lots of 82s and back-2-back more than 5 times.
Then stopped because it was getting worse.
The sbc cost min 3.3k which is 84 card price.

84s are 4.7k+ at the moment.

Just done a quick 5. Not even an 83. All 5x 82. Never had such awful packs.

Well they are still terrible for me. Did another 20 and didn’t get any card over 83.

In fact my pack luck has died since TOTY ended. Don’t get it.
