I blocked an EA account, then play with him again !

I am wondering, does it takes tome to block an Account in EA social ?

I play on xbox. Played with an opponent 2 times in Rival. Then I decided to block him to not play with him again, because he plays on another condole. Then surprised that he faced me again ! wondering to play with someone already blocked !

I can block on other consoles too. EA social hub can do it. R2 ps or RB xbox in main menu. Choose Recently met you'll find all opponents' accounts. You block the EA account which only on EA games. I think it takes period of time.
