The FIFA president stated back in may that they will be looking to do a annual title and continue the name.
No mention of who would be the developer etc but 24 would be looking extremely unlikely tbh.
At best by time anything was negotiated and work started would only have a 12 month Dev cycle to build a game from scratch.
Would be better off shooting for FIFA 25.
