Soft ban?

So everytime i start a game in GG the game freezes when i select my kit. Sayi´g the game is no longer availeble. Is this part of the soft ban? I dont know if i played 15 games tho

Not a soft ban then mate otherwise you would get kicked at the end of every match

Might be maxed out on GG

What you mean by maxed out on GG? Still have 48 games left so i didnt play 15 yet. This game really!
