A mistake or intentionally done?

Seems like you can use the time limited cards in sbcs. Is this a mistake by ea or is intended to be like that.

Maybe intended so if you get dupes you do not need to throw them away. They still have monetary value considering you have to buy packs from store to obtain most of them

I wouldn’t. They’re are much more valuable to me right now as you need 6 from each nation to complete swaps milestones
