Has there been any updates or tuning in the last week?

This might be a silly question but I haven't played in a week and started playing WL this morning and every game feels a lot more open. I'm cutting through defences a lot more easily, but my defence also feels a lot more open and easy to pass through. Has anything changed? Or is it perhaps a new YouTube meta everyone has copy/pasted which is higher risk reward?
