West Coast USA - Haven’t had decent gameplay in 3 weeks

Ping is always 16-20 and gameplay is so sluggish and one sided that I might as well be playing in on the moon. I’ve triple checked all my network settings (wired gigabit connection). Each game is literally a roll of the dice

Recently changed to wifi rather than wired. My ping went from 20th to 30ish and have better gameplay.
