whenever i get to Sub menu game get stucked there and i cant leave /do subs

When i am playing a game doesnt matter which mode, if i go to make Subs i find out that all my setting are 0
and i cant make Subs at all
make it worse that if its Offline mode then screen stuck and i cant leave the menu and i must close the game
if its online i must. wait for time to run out to be able to get back to the game
How can i solve this issue
its been week now
I’ve had this issue lots of times across the last 3 fifas. Only In weekend league.

Happens to me every so often if I am rushing out of the pause menu and exit exactly at 0 seconds left. I then have to dashboard after the game is over (if I need subs that game I am f'ed), then select the game, press menu button, select "quit game", then start the game again to get it back to normal. Restarting the console usually doesn't work.
What OP is describing sounds different though. If manually quitting doesn't work, and unplugging the console for 10 seconds and restarting doesn't work, he might have to uninstall and re-install the game completely.
Reinstall doesnt force me to pay again Right?

Whoa, that's really weird. I have to be honest, I have no idea then.
here is the solution:
1)Delete your current squad
2)create new squad but without making any tactical changes in game
3) go webapp and do your tactics
4) go to play and finally you can do subs and tactics during games
but be carefull.. tactics always do in webapp and not in game otherwise the proplem will be back
The tactics changing if you edit in web app has been a thing for the last few fifas, it loves to set anything you have played with to Fast build up, why cant they fix this ? its been a problem for years now.
