In any other language that pack was an untradable RTTK Loan pack advertising a RTTK loan and a few rare gold with three of them 82+.
That was the pack that was intended to be release but ea messed up. It had the one hero in it, tradable, no additional cards. So it was there for everyone only with different names.

I live in the UK and my language is set to English and I can guarantee the pack did not show up in my store at any point. I checked the store at 6pm and there were only three regular packs in store. Prime gold I think was the best.
Many people will have pulled bad hero’s that were selling for less than the pack.
A few people will have got lucky.
It was removed.
Cards dropped sharply.
Please keep in mind this happened like 6 hours ago, by next week it’s old news and all of the hero cards will have rebounded to roughly where they were.
Less than 10% of the player base will have “benefitted”

I got the pack and I got Ricken. There was also a TOTW one that was listed as untradeable but was tradeable. Not seen any mention of that. Got Claus. Made 40k total. Lucky but not lucky. I only did them as they were untradeable so hoping I get new packs (with better contents)!

It’s a legal issue because the way it was shown and worded they have to give them a new pack as not doing so leaves them open to prosecution as the the pack was meant to be untradeable and it was tradeable. This always happens this way even though it’s better they have to do it.

It doesn’t matter what level it is. They wouldn’t be able to allow the packs or sbcs to be available to a few and worse not make it available to lots of others.
The thing that blows my mind and I’m not sure why it still does after all these years is the fact they are a faceless unresponsive mess. The Haaland SBC it’s a week later and nothing, but there’s nobody anybody can ask.
I work in the automotive industry and if I told a customer they would have their problem solved “in the coming days” I’d get destroyed. These things should have a time frame attached to them.
No doubt, this is the biggest mistake in recent years.

There are two ways ea compensates if they compensate:

Contains 5 rare gold players (3 guaranteed 82+), a Base Icon loan and a RTTK loan. All untradeable.
So this pack has to be given to the ones who purchased it.
My guess is that ea chooses option #2 to compensate cause it won’t harm the market as much as option #1.
EA will release new shining cards and "everyone" will go nuts after them and buy fifa points... and forget that this ever happen! It hurts... here in the foruns we are i minority... we can represent like 1%? The others move the market. It´s painfull but EA will go away with this as always!
EA can try to brush this under the carpet by not even mentioning it but you all already know it’s gonna get brought up by the community on the next episode of Top Bins. Those guys are in for a roasting. #freeheropack
