It was only shown as a “Hero pack” if you had English as your selected language (game and app).
In any other language that pack was an untradable RTTK Loan pack advertising a RTTK loan and a few rare gold with three of them 82+.
That was the pack that was intended to be release but ea messed up. It had the one hero in it, tradable, no additional cards. So it was there for everyone only with different names.

It really doesn't, every retailer has something in their small print (which you usually have to confirm every time you start a new FIFA) which says they have the right to remove or change a promotion at any time. What they can't do is change those offered terms if you actually made a purchase based on them. Hence why "base icon pack" which gave mid icons last year was reimbursed if someone got anything other than base icon. Not saying I agree with it (I dont) but they aren't obliged to give anything to people who saw the pack but didn't purchase, or didn't see the pack at all

And a 85 k pack, that should have given 15 Rare gold players (1 Guaranteed 84+), 1 Draft Token and a loan RTTK Player.
Instead you got a Hero for the 25 k pack (good ofc) and an Inform for the 85 k pack (very bad...).
If anybody should get compensated, its these people. They did not get, what they paid for. Bought a 85 k pack and received Musiala. Obviously I would have never bought the pack, if I knew, that it would give me an Inform and nothing else. EA should just give the right pack to everybody, but I think (hope), they will do that.
