Just bought 2000 points via psn store - but it's not visible in Fut (from console, ingame). It's there in transaction history.. is this "normal"?

It was me, and you just need to contact PS to get it refunded

Can you just transfer points in some simple way from 22 to 23?

UK online support is not working anymore, I have to try next day.

Yeah I believe you can havnt done it myself but should be able to transfer them.over from 22 to 23
