How long do you typically have to wait for Transfer Market Access?

I'd been playing on a PS5 the last 2 seasons but recently sold it for a pretty penny and decided to play it on Xbox this season. So far my transfer market access is still blocked, does anyone remember how long it typically takes?

Last year it took about a month for me. Played like a 100-150 matches

And that’s no lie either.
Some people have it after just a few games and others it’s taken months.
