Who should I build around for <200k??

Is there any couple of players that are must haves??? I got 200k to build a team.

Lot of options, I'd go with Serie A and maybe hybrid it with La Liga

Dybala, Pellegrini, Chiesa, Martinez
Merino, Canales, Danjuma

IF Gakpo is a steal at 20k, not easy to fit in on full chem though

this is about 200k, maybe not the most original but if you play 4231 is a good setup IMO, works as 4222 442 as well.
