Apparently this can’t happen unless the player was included in the national team.
For example Dani Alves is in the National Team therefore EA have rights to release a card with him on. But David Luiz is not in the team and therefore they cannot release a card as they have no rights from World Cup or his League.

Too many just blindly follow the pro players and what they use, even though they’re probably in division 4/5 and it won’t make a blind bit of difference who they use.
