Career Mode Feedback?

Are the Devs actually listening to feedback? I understand taking a year out and hardly adding any new features to make EA Sports FC look good next year, but there are still hundreds of issues wrong with the mode!? Its not acceptable you ignore these things.. Not only have you ignored them all year in 17+ Title Updates, but many of them are still not fixed in FIFA 23!? What is going on? Why is our feedback being ignored?

Maybe its time you hired a Career Mode Liason Officer to regularly provide feedback to the devs via the community on forums & social media? @EA_rephii @EA_Arcadia @EA_Paul @EA_Goran

  • I have played Career in Fifa for years. I would like to see Scouting expanded: Could the Transfer section have a page for the list of players currently being scouted, the ones scouted already? You could then add to the transfer targets list from the scouting list.

The Global Transfer needs work too, like i want to be able to search for Left/Right Footed players only...
  • Are we ever going to get more than 15 seasons to play?

Probably not, whilst I'd happily continue i doubt many people would as most struggle to get past 5 or 6. Then there the fact we'll be getting Regens of our Regens. No real players/faces left and that's a deal breaker for a lot of people and it would likely just be too easy by then as we all would have Ronaldo, Messi and Benzema regens in our attack 90+ squads etc etc. Also I'm no expert and only speculating here but if the save is purely filled with regens and Youth academy isn't it likely to be very buggy 🤷‍♂️ idl

I think 15 seasons is fine, but also wouldn't complain if we had more

I agree with @Thurlow9984 above, can't see the 15+ seasons to make sense for most. I would like more than 8 save slots though. I usually make a save at the end of any season, if I want to go back and check stats etc. at a later stage. But that's no longer possible, once I find myself 8+ seasons into the game.
  • I could never get as far as 15 seasons on one career.

I play multiple careers and never get past 6 before I want to start a new one.

After all, 15-season managers at one club are a massive rarity, these days :)

At one club, you are right. But it would be nice to be able to bounce around as a manager for over 15 years. Start low table and move up in a realistic way. I know not a lot of people will play this way but the option would be nice to have.

Yeah I get not many get that far but it would be nice to start as a manger in a lower league and work up and take job offers over like a 30 year career. Or in player mode if your 18 when you start then you have to be retired at 33. Just annoying for people like me I guess

The problem is Career Mode is that broken people struggle to play through 1 season, so whilst 30 would be nice there are literally hundreds of issues that need addressing first..
  • While playing manager/Player career mode then I should have an agent because if am an Everton supporter and I start my career with the bottom club and when I feel I want to manage Everton then Everton will not be listed in the Potential managerial job. It will be only top clubs listed in the managerial job and that's sad. If a manager/Player gets an option to apply managerial job at a particular club then it would be great.

or when we get to choose the favorite club doing profile setup initially then that club should be listed in a potential managerial role in the Manager career mode / Player career mode. So that can we choose our favorite club whenever we want.
