As pure CDM I think the TOTY is better value. But at this stage who wants to play with a 3 3 midfielder? SS Kante has 5 star skills and 4 star weak foot. That alone seals the deal for me.
TOTY Kante better as a stayback CDM because I prefer his WR and his tackling feels slightly better, the ball seem to stick to his feet a bit more, SS Kante is better as your balanced/b2b CDM though, the shooting and wf upgrade is massive.
