I need to qualify for the Fut Finals again this week

Did you actually finish all the games?
Usually if qualifying is still in progress, even if you have 4 or more wins, then it gets reset when the new season starts.

But if you fully completed and gained qualification, and the rewards for it, then you should be free to enter when it opens tomorrow.
