I was personally pumped to try a new system with certain forgotten cards gathering dust,but with EA taking on my nerves with login errors the qualification is yet to be achieved n some personal chores coming alongside,I might stop at 5 wins this time 😔

I wasn't going to play this weekend but EA gave me Gullit in the icon PP 😆
I'm fielding my strongest 11. Not sure on formation yet but 4222 seems the best fit for the players, just don't wanna be too meta. May swap out Silas for Weghorst
Had a good run in qualifiers, rivals and the cups this week with mostly this team, only lost a few games. Had a good connection and gameplay tho but unlikely to have that in WL. Play 4222 with Corona and Rodrygo up top and they’ve been outstanding. Shouldn’t change a winning team but Marquinhos, Mendes and Lozano are the new boys. If it doesn’t work I’ll go back to the old team. Don’t really want to play Vieira in midfield but have to for chem, or at least until half time.

Pace - not full 99 pace accross all players but near enough
to see how each fairs would play 5 games each and jot the record down but i feel its best done over 2 weekends? 20 games each due to elo/mm etc.

I won't be playing this weekend. Still got the token from last weekend, but tomorrow night we're going to a Belle and Sebastian concert, tonight we have a family plan with my fathers in law, and I'm not definitely up for a long session on Sunday. Also, I have been playing a visual and relaxing little indie gem on Game Pass, called Sable. Stunning game, although it haves some performance issues. But beautiful anyways. Something visually close to Gris, one of my favorites indie games of all times.
My indie vein is calling me, so I won't be playing Champs all the weekends. But I will still be jumping to some WL here and there. I want to enjoy my team without pressure, and I'm thinking of starting FUT 23 around April 2023, so I'm entitled to log in sometimes until October.
Also, Shredders Revenge is on the waiting list too. But I need to relax my mind a bit more before jumping to a beat em up that looks crazy fun. 😄

Aiming for 14 wins but will probably end up scrambling for 11, that’s usually how it seems to go
I’m 1-3. The last 3 weeks I’ve gone 11-4. Games a mess. The players I’m playing aren’t even good.
Played essentially goalden goal. If I scored first I played on, if they scored first I quit. Worked out well. Was gifted one win.
Hope it's not somewhat of a stupid question, but you can't do qualifiers during the week, can you?
Of course you cannot play WL during the week, but qualifying?
Doubt it, but worth asking.
Puskas dropped from the bench as well to give this Núñez card a try. At the point in which I'm just trying different cards rather than using my 'strongest' team. Also true my main team suits a narrow formation more and the amount of 3atb merchants means I need to change it up in game all the time. This is set up to counter that.

Courtois and Berardi in reds. Sold my tradeable Courtois and decent fodder in Berardi.
Saving the packs for later, cos I’m definitely getting Ginola or Ribery from them 😂

Yeah I've noticed today everything feels so heavy and slow motion like.

Started out dominant in both, and had countless shots on target, but as per usual, the keeper makes about 6 Spiderman'esque saves in the first half alone, the opponent goes foward and scores in both.

Currently sitting at 7-2, I got triggered very early on by the sweats so not the most relaxing of gameplay. I had 3 people quit at 1-1 so far so not helping me play calmly 😂
7-2 is a really good start. Try not to get frustrated as it will cost you games!
The last few weeks I've thrown away good finishes because I go on 3-4 losing streaks when I'm raging
Silas though....what an absolute monster, it's early doors but he seems amazing. His movement is great and his finishing is flawless. He's got 5 goals and 2 assists in the first 2 games. Looking forward to seeing what numbers he can rack up this weekend
In charge from the get go. The opponent's keeper makes 10 saves in the game of course. Hit the post 3 times as well, so what an insanely frustrating game, but a W nonetheless.
Scoring for fun. 4 nill up. Keeper made some unreal saves though. Second half, I concede 1. Then another. Then another. And once again, yet another. 4-4.
Unreal. It was as if their bigger brother who was an Elite player took over second half.
Goes to extra time and I go on a scoring spree and get the win.
