So we all know the issues with gameplay, But the menu system and the sbc content is just the same every year. I am not sure what they could change or how else to make the menu grind different, but after many years it honestly just feels old and very repetitive every year.
Any ideas on how they could implement fresh ideas, rather than everything be input by a team to complete an sbc?. Maybe just a little bored of the same content year after year in the menus

Even the font they use for everything is years old.
Minimal effort is put into every aspect of the game every year. They do little to nothing to update anything.
It's groundhog day every year but we're all addicts that come crawling back, which is why they do **** all, get away with it and don't care.
Sbcs have been different every year too. I don’t really care for sbcs anyway just a means to get back to playing for me but a lot liked the finish a league get a league player as the reward.
Actually playing? Or just Golden Goaling...?
20 hours per week maximum.
Won't happen of course.
I did not know.
They need to get rid of golden goal by punishing quitters more and rewarding full games.
This whole cards been more important than the gameplay mentalitity needs to be eradicated.
Less objective cards and more ways to earn packs through gameplay.
A few years ago you could chill in single player mini leagues and earn packs, fully repeatable, I don't think there should be a cap on rivals rewards either, I think you should get a reward every x amount of games depending how you did, instant rewards and you can keep playing to try earn more, none of this 8 games and done for the week.
They have gradually made gameplay rewards worse while ushering everyone to play the menu instead.
Then change it from looking for an input to looking for a change of input, so if someone rubberbands with no change of input it kicks them.
Then make somebody not actively playing the game an offense, a reportable offense, if video evidence is submitted the player should be banned from playing for a short period.
