Showdown Romero: do or not?
I’m tempted to do him, but I already have (all untradables) FB Varane, TOTS Dias, TOTS Saliba, TOTS Van Dijk and PIM Maldini.
Do you think that with upgrade he could be better for all of them? (except for PIM Maldini that is on another level)
I think that the chance that Argentina wins are high, and Romero has a combo of stats that could be perfect if you want to play with an high defensive line

In your case with 3 PL top CB, don’t think it’s worth it as I can’t see him being better than those options, even with the upgrade.
He is the only one with acceleration better than sprint speed, combined with great agility and balance combo..
In case of +2 he could be pretty unique
If he was on the market probably I would have pass, but I have too a large number of dupes..
I already completed both Verratti and Showdown Emerson Palmieri but my transfer list is still plenty
I will honestly keep my fodder for the Ligue 1 upgrade packs, due to come shortly, as even though it’s a gamble, it can get you some unexpected returns.
How is he compared to TOTS DIAS?
Hard to say when only playing a few games with him but Romero feels a little more agile but obviously he won't have the strength as Dias but Romero did often come flying out of nowhere aggressively to win the ball back with clean tackles.
I will be skipping this sbc so it’s a guaranteed upgrade. You are welcome !

I mean looking at the available players for each squad I would give Argentina the edge there but I think it’s going to be tight either way.
