How is he in game?
He looks quite uniqe and complete with his height, WF, SM and stats.
I wonder if he may be better than pim Vieira. I know that probably he won't be but on paper he is

With that workrate he's more of a competition to Gullit in the b2b role than Vieira.

Yes, but you can always give stay back one of them and then the workrates don't matter that much. And I find Gullit more influential than Vieira

No the instruction just makes them stay back, which is different from a player with High defensive workrate. They actively close down players more when you're not controlling them. With Vieira, by the time you switch to him he's already on his way or next to the attacker with the ball, you don't get that with someone that has Med workrate being told to stayback.

Unless he plays to the stats, The problem with tots is some stats are just made up.

Sure, that's why I'm interested, he may just be a little stiff and that will make him worse than those 2.

@Metalfly you are right but Gullit acts like high/high. And his high attacking work rate will be no problem if he will stay back.

The other thing is that it's not a consensus that you need one pure cdm. Many players prefer having two b2b midfielders.

Anyway I'm predicting that he won't bench any of them

Hmmm yeah Gullit does track back pretty well despite the workrate. Maybe wait for Vanaken’s price to settle, I think it can drop below 100k, then it might be worth a try, won’t be easy to fit him on the team unless you got a few icons.

He´s excellent.
Playing him as a CM in 433(4) on balanced.
Great attacking, wonderfull defening. Dribbeling.
Great player IRL and this card does him right!
