Will EA ever do something about FUT Draft
This gamemode is probably the least looked after by EA since they introduced it many years ago. Which is a shame, as it offers something that all the other gamemodes dont: variety in teams & formations and chance to play with players you cant afford.
I like to play draft every now and then. Usually during a time when gold players are worth more then discard, such as now. But to this day it blows my mind that you can play this mode, win 4 games in a row and get less coins in return then the 15000 buy in. And this happens alot, even with inflated gold prices you often struggle breaking even. It pisses me off as I like to play this more often but going through these games and losing coins at the end of it makes me not want to play it. I have won draft around 40 Times and it rarely rewarded me. I got the best possible rewards twice out of 40 wins.
And I know what you are going to say. You play 15k and get "50/60k worth of packs" in return which makes for a great deal. But those packs 99/100 arent worth face value.
Only way to get people start playing draft more is giving back coins each round you win. Like 2.5k first round, 5k second, 10k third and 15k last round with packs coming on top of that. That way it makes it more worth it to play this gamemode without making it "too lucrative" for people to stop playing Rivals & WL as you'll still need luck in the packs to really make it worth your while.

Well, there is nothing wrong limiting the amount of drafts right? There is a limit to rivals in terms of rewards, there is a limit to weekend League. I get what you are saying though.
But it's dead content the way it is now which is a shame as I feel it has alot of unused potential. I can Imagine the average FIFA player stays away from this. If you win 4 you usually get less then 15k, let alone only winning 1/2/3 on average
No pack on this game is worth face value though
Its not for everyone but that's also because EA never made the effort into making it more appealing to the general mass.
Its pretty fun to be honest. If you put rewards to the side, it offers you variety of players and formations to play with and against. In Rivals and Weekend League you'll only play the same kind of teams and players. You also get to play with players you normally couldnt or wouldnt buy
I would really love it that they gave you players that fit the formation you selected in my last one it gave me 5 left backs the formation 3-4-2-1 😂

Yep. And it has been ever since they created this gamemode. They have made alot of changes in rivals, friendlies and weekend League but Draft is still the same even after all these years.
Which is odd, I am sure there is a group of players willing to shell out the 150fp to enter if the rewards are somewhat worth the effort.

What do you mean by that as there are TOTS players in draft
I mean when they go all out, tots and icons every pick. Try some players, have some fun.
Just don't really feel these random draft teams in which you put 3 non rares to get some chem.
You can get tots players but I get what you are saying. There was a time a few months ago where you'd get a ton of icons every draft. But EA changed it again where you'd be lucky to get one. Dont know why
As for the rewards. Yeah, they're not it. If I get a token, I just throw the first game most of the time as the silver packs tend to pay out as well as anything else if you hit a decent kit or EPL silver.
