Absolutely yes. I have the POTM and used the TOTY in draft. The TOTY feels like a different beast on the ball, just so much more control and sticky feeling.

I felt no difference from the Toty to POTM. 99 pace on both and dribbling is already good in all his cards. It doesn’t matter what Mbappe you use they all glitch through defenders.
