Will tots reds be a week behind?

We dont have any conformation that tots will even be available on red picks but if they are will the be a week behind grin when the tots come out? For instant the 29th is the community but we prob wont be playing for those tots cards that weekend bc ppl can complete wl before they come out so seems we would play for them the following weekend. EA could do something like lock rewards till 1 or lock all of weekend league till 1
