With 2 in the middle I would go with Kante but Vieira would be almost as good, Gullit is more of a box to box.

Vieira will auto tackle for you, but kante seems to be more responsive, but definitely I'd go with one of those two.

Has to be Vieira considering work rates & height combos doesn't it? Unless you want to play him at CAM in your 4222, which I doubt would work.
