They never specified an actual date.
They stated a 2nd upgrade in the future 🤷‍♂️

Oh man I just got him this week from the campaign pack. Didn’t know he can still get upgraded

I've got militao and I think he could be great with an upgrade. 99 dribbling on a CB could be fun!

Yeah I picked him last week and let me tell you, he's already cracked.
After the upgrade he will be one of the best in the game.

Yes I've had him since the promo he went out of the team for a bit due to chem reasons but back in now just awaiting the upgrade but I can't find an actual date just says the beginning of April

Heh...was wondering the same thing. Got both him an Militao in the last few campaign packs, so itching for some upgrades. Both are already awesome.
