83 highest rated in Ultimate Pack

Opened my champions rewards and the highest rated player I got in my ultimate pack was an 83 Felix.

In the store, it says a 100k pack guarantees an 84 rated at least (I’m assuming a 125k is the same).

Surely it should be the same for a reward pack?

Yea reward packs and most sbc packs don't include the guarantee minimum. We already knew that they were generally worse than packs from the store, but now ea have revealed their hand.
