Why are USA players at such a disadvantage over players from Mexico or South America?

If I face someone from that region it’s almost a guaranteed loss, I have to grind as if Im playing on Ultimate in Squad Battles to have any chance.

Honest Question. Why is that? Would love to know the reasoning?

P.S. it’s not just me it’s any US player, along with many popular YouTubers
